Fantastic story
My boy is 6yrs old and we listened to this together. It was an absolutely fantastic book! I even enjoyed it as an adult! Definitely worth the listen!

Monsters, Mischief and Merriment
My daughter was six years old when we discovered this series and she loved it! We started listening to it in the car and she finished it two days later. Every time she did a quiet activity, she wanted this on in the background.
The story revolves around Jack and his best friend Annabelle, they investigate an odd, seemingly abandoned, house and discover an entrance to Monster World. They get wrapped up in a mystery of the missing house owner and the affairs of friendly, cute, monsters (not scarry monsters). Unlike some of PJ Ryan’s other books, these stories are connected to one another, telling one long exciting story.
My daughter has always thought that Gwendolyn Druyor is great narrator, but she really shines in this series, she voiced many of the monsters in excellent and exciting voices that my daughter just loved.
I highly recommended this series for kids as young as five and as old as nine.

Great for my 7 year old!
My 7 year old gets scared at night in the quiet, so I started putting on audiobooks for him, and this one he started wanting to listen to in the morning when he wakes up as well to hear the rest of the story. Now he listens to it every night to go to sleep, and tells me all about what happened when he wakes up! Great for kids!
