Great start to each day
Even if you are not religious but want to have daily inspiration in a short time these will bring you real value and a sense of purpose for each day. I like how each chapter is day-named so if you miss a day it's easy to find current. In a time where many people are lost, broken families, low pay, low self-esteem, and no sense of purpose, let these be a start to having faith, developing your confidence, giving thanks, developing yourself, setting goals, developing a plan and also to know and have faith in your life with a set of values that guide you and those around you. Not many go to church, not many have parents around to teach values, this like I said is a good start to be a good person to yourself and others.
