Joan has far exceeded my expectations with the content of this book. Joan's personable touch and ability to draw the picture, Joan's experience covers many examples. All this makes for a fantastic read. Better yet, it's a strong educational tool that we will be turning to often as we ease into our own Non-Profit incorporation. Just starting this summer 2021.
