Some things just didn't add up
Overall this book was pretty good, especially if you are a big fan of her's. Touches on her life, struggles, kids, decor, etc, which were kind of basic, but not bad.
I thought the whole "love advice/relationship advice" was terrible. Basically says she moved in with Eric after 3 months (essentially dropping her career and ditching her bff), got engaged and married fast, had a baby fast, and made it sound like it was all Eric's ideas and she just went along. But then she has this tone like she "runs" the relationship. I also thought it was contradictory when she discussed dating guys without money and the ones that had money because money was clearly very important to her. 99% Of women cannot drop their career, relocate to another state, and not do anything for 2 years - someone needs to be supporting them. Just don't think telling young girls (her fan base) that it's a good idea to drop everything and go along with a man that has money, but claim that that doesn't matter, is a good role model.
I also had an issue with her viewpoints on diet and exercise, mainly diet. She says she works out and eats 1000 calories a day to lose weight, but she isn't starving herself... that is the definition of starving yourself. Again, when most of her fans are teenagers or in their early 20s, not the best advice to be giving.
Overall, decent book with some tidbits of good advice and some not so good advice, but most of it is basic and not ground breaking.

Good book
Loved hearing how personal Jessie got with her stories. I listen to the audiobook and the reader was nice to listen to… My only complaint would be that the PDF file on Audible is still not available. I called and the issue has not yet been resolved.

Amazing!!
I absolutely love Jessie and I love how open and raw she got with this book. She wanted it to be something every woman or girl could relate to and she hit it right on the money! I very much enjoyed this book!!

This felt very unauthentic
Why wasn’t it read by Jessie? And why was it read in a fake southern accent, Jessie isn’t even southern. She talks on and on about how she was such a victim in high school because she’s just so pretty and has such huge boobs. She also says her and husband have never had a fight, just doesn’t seem realistic. All of her advice isn’t realistic or helpful. I really like Jessie Decker but this just felt so forced and not authentic.

I enjoyed it.
