I recently had the privilege of spending five days in a training course with Dan Fraser, and it was nothing short of a master class in communication. Dan’s ability to engage, teach, and inspire made a lasting impression on me.

As someone who’s relatively new to presenting, I left the course wanting to keep learning, and that’s when I discovered Dan’s book, Kickass Presentations. I was thrilled to find it on Audible and excited that it was narrated by Dan himself, bringing his energy to every chapter.

The book is packed with practical advice, real-world examples, and actionable strategies that immediately improve how you think about and deliver presentations.

I’ll definitely be listening to it multiple times to reinforce what I’ve learned and continue developing my own skills as a presenter.

A Must-Read (and Listen!) for Anyone Who Presents

In this book, Dan Fraser helps you elevate your presentations, with content, structure, humour, props, and even the dreaded power point slide. He draws on a lifetime of presenting to folks who arguably are some the hardest to have sit in a room and pay attention (regardless of the topic at hand), cops. Dan’s experience as a police trainer and skills instructor shines through, and he gives actionable information to ensure that folks are actually paying attention to what you’re teaching or presenting, not just gazing into the abyss of their oddly glowing laps under the tables. I can’t recommend this audiobook enough, and actually picked up the paper copy as well for quick reference to some of his points when I’m working on my own presentations going forward.

Everyone who presents ANYTHING needs this book
