Reno, Nevada, has long been the place where the fortunes of man—both good and evil—collide. Stretching across the Truckee Meadows from the Pah Rah to the Sierras, this high desert city stands guardian over the fastest route for men and material to travel from the San Francisco Bay, East, towards the Rockies. Chinese soldiers disguised as circus performers have successfully caried out Operation Wŭjù, a smaller element of the larger Christmas Eve attack known as Mongol Moon. They have seized the Biggest Little City, forcing Renoites into an impossible decision: raise the stakes, or fold entirely.
The only question is who will Lady Luck smile upon: the invaders now headquartered in the Ormsby Casino, or the home-grown insurgents calling themselves the Sons of Carson?
