Loved this book. It had just the right amount of mystery, intrigue and suspense. Wonderful characters. Very well read too. I’m looking forward to reading the entire series!!

Good character development and smooth plot. Focus is more on the mystery and Robo (K9) with a slight romantic side plot. If you like cop/murder/mystery and dogs but dislike flowery romance mysteries than you will like this series. The narrator's voice is easy to listen to and really provides a sense of each individual character's personality.

I really enjoyed this story and was happy to realize that it didn’t include all the gory details that would be in a horror movie! Glad it’s a series. Enjoy!

Once you start this novel, it is hard to put it down! It has the right amount of intrigue, mystery and romance. As a scent detection handler who competes with her dogs, the subliminal message “trust your dog” was perfect.

I enjoyed the story, however the reader wasn’t very exciting. She seemed very blasé with the acting part. I’m not sure I will read the rest of this author’s stuff.
