Description

Dasha Maurice isn't in the market for a serious relationship, much less one with one of the leather-wearing fairies residing at her best friend's beach motel. Fantastic paranormal romance!

This is a book I was able to just fall right into. It's escapist romance at its best. Even better is the HEA for a survivor of emotional abuse. I loved seeing Dasha regain her confidence and trust in relationships, or at least one relationship in particular. Add to that a shapeshifting fairy hero who is out of his depth, Dasha's unwillingness to be a damsel in distress, and all the political tension promised in the previous book in the series, and this might very well wind up being my favourite book of the year!
