I read these books a dozen times when I was a little girl and I was delighted to devour this classic again as an adult - weeks after purchasing my dream dog - a sable collie, just like Sunnybank Laddie.

Narrator John McDonough was the icing on the cake. A rich, timeless voice, perfect to read this classic tale. Full of class and character without the camp.
