I am not sure what to say about this book. I was expecting a bit more of Lassiter and Rahvyn's story and more romance not just sexy time. I really did like what we did get. I really didn't care about Divena or Lash and their relationship. I admit I skimmed a lot of that part of the story. So while I like the plot twist at the end and seeing the BDB family again I was a little disappointed with this book. I do hope to see more of the humor of the old Lassiter seep through in future books.

Always look forward to JRWards books. first time listening instead of reading. Voice inflection could be better and she scared me with parts of it but still happy as always with her story

loved how Lassiter is described and has real importance to the BDB. His mate is as powerful if not more than he is they are well suited. glad Eddie and Ad will be part of the future they will need all the help they can get with Lash and Devina. Urgh
