Interesting stories, but the advice is iffy...

I enjoyed the stories told in this book, and feel that I learned about some important historical events. However, the case studies chosen, as well as the lessons to be learned, don't seem particularly easy to emulate. The story of Romeo Dallaire was interesting, but it comes across as pretty presumptuous that the author's after-the-fact advice would have averted a genocide. Also, the biblical examples at the end of the book were a stretch. I think that the book could have been better structured, with a more succinct introduction. I don't really feel that I got what I needed from the book, which was leadership advice that I could reasonably follow. That said, the narrator was very good, and the storytelling was compelling.
