À propos de cet audio
A new LitRPG adventure perfect for fans of He Who Fights with Monsters, The Ten Realms, and Unbound.
He used to be a God. Now he’s Level 1.
Brynn was the first to ever activate the world’s hidden Prestige Mode, granting powerful perks at the cost of his godhood and all memories of his past life.
Now, he’s at rock bottom in a brutal world where leveling is so deadly most people never try, powerful classes evolve through corestones, and loot is awarded through system-granted achievements.
Armed with nothing but a magical helmet and an empty Alchemist’s Kit left behind by his former self, the ex-paramedic must grind his way back to divinity, level-by-level.
But regaining his power won’t be his greatest challenge…
This world had nine gods, and all but one reset at the same time. With no memories to guide him, Brynn can’t trust any of them. If he wants to survive, he’ll have to gain power quietly and keep his identity hidden.
He’ll have to climb back to godhood in secret.
And behind it all lurks one haunting question...
What terrified gods enough to start over?
Level One God is an action-packed LitRPG progression fantasy filled with creative class systems, accomplishment-based loot, and a growing cast of lovable misfit allies, pets, and creatures.
Perfect for fans of the gritty stakes and twisted charm of Dungeon Crawler Carl, the cosmic progression and rich world-building of He Who Fights With Monsters, and the deep systems and satisfying grind of Defiance of the Fall!
©2025 Aethon Books (P)2025 Aethon AudioThe MC is stubbornly good hearted and always willing to help out those around him. Not so much that it makes him naive, but enough that he has strong leadership and protector qualities. It's a very refreshing experience. The side characters are endearing, and there's multiple (minor) PoV shifts throughout the book to give you perspective of other characters.
My only minor gripe is that there were some editing errors with the recording, where they forgot to edit out the repeating a line or part of a line multiple times to get the correct take. This only happens 4 or 5 times, so is not a deal breaker for me personally.
A lot of fun.
