À propos de cet audio
One Aries is trouble, two get shit done. Is a short tell all. Reflecting my seventeen years experience of living in the North east of America in the state of Pennsylvania. People in the area may tell you it is survival of the fittest. I don't know if I survived but I got out.
This book covers a large number of hard hitting topics relating to Anxiety and panic attacks we all have some sort of personal experience with. After the last book of the She knows series was published, a large number of people commented the last part of the last book was best, raw and very impactful and suggested I do another book in that style.
Pure - instinctive writing, nothing pre-planned, this book reads as if I was talking to you. this book explains my experiences from my point of view. While protecting the identity of those involved. Instead of retelling of my trouble with anxiety I am helping to re-tell others so the family of those can finally hear them. Because we can tell our love ones until we are blue in the face but they will only hear what they want to hear from their own family.
If it comes at your from a different source, it gets through better.
There is reference to drugs, suicide and other sensitive subjects it's rated 16min to 18+ max but for the concerned parent it is my hope you will allow your teenager to listen to this. If you think they are having trouble. That is my goal to help others so it doesn't take thirty years to over come anxiety and instead only a couple of years.
This book, has the benefit of being true because it is real life. - if nothing else. They will listen to this and say "it is not only them, they not alone." There by know how and where to get help on their own. It's up to the parents to show the example of the rules with out telling them. It is ok to get help if you know where to look, Let it be this book.
(The book is unedited, which doesn't have to mean it is good, just unedited.) The audio book will cover the paperback.
