Wow, this one takes the prize for being repetitive….so much so I’m simply bamboozled! In a word, okay couple words… Kill, crush, destroy, get demoralized, rise up, kill crush, destroy, get demoralized, rise up, repeat. Five books of this? “Smacks head against iPad”. However I did give the performance a five. I felt sorry for the Narrator, I’ve heard him before and he’s great. I have a suspicion he’s taken stimulants to keep sounding interested throughout this series.

The story writer has problems with temporal constructs. it takes literally 5 minutes to describe something that was supposed to happen in seconds. Describing actions that add up to about 10 times the amount of time that was supposed to pass.

Also every single woman in this story is a highly intellectual physical badass and the men are all stupid dummies who cant perform basic operations without showing their incompetence.

Overall the story is not bad. a bit too virtue signally for my liking. it seems forced and unrealistic.

It is ok I guess.

I could tell every character apart just by listening to them. What they said and how they sounded. Well done.

Great engaging story

I have made it to book 2 of this box set. I just can’t continue. I keep waiting for the story to begin since book 1. It’s the type of book you won’t put I. If others are in the car because it is embarrassing. The writing is not great and the voice acting doesn’t make it better. Sadly, will not be continuing this series.
