Tear jerker
Amy Harmon is becoming my new favourite author. The beginning of the story was a bit slow paced but overall a good listen.

Unexpected Gem
I wasn't sure what to expect for a "romance" but it was well written and I really fell in love with the characters. It was a bit preachy in a spot or two but quite enjoyable. The narrator was excellent.

Really enjoyed this story….
I loved how the characters of Fern, Ambrose, and Bailey emerged. The narrator was very good, capturing each character and their emotions!!

Love a Good Love Story
Usually I prefer a female narrator, but Rob Shapiro was totally invested in his reading of this love story and read it beautifully. Amy's words felt like she put everything into telling her story of great characters carved around a gut wrenching story we all know and totally brought the story full circle. A delicate, loving and believable tale, I read the whole book within 24 hours. Enjoy!

absolutely stunning
I will write a full review on goodreads. all I can say is Amy Harmon you are a Queen. Few writers cna capture the depths of loss and the balance of life as well as you have. This story is not only one of coming of age, loss, love it is about life itself and every emotion, every action, injustice and the behaviours that make us simply human.

It’s a romance!
This story is not bad, bad, but just predictable. If you like sappy romance, this is the book for you.
I was disappointed in the repetition, the long drawn out love story, leaving me wishing for the end.
Yes, I skipped chapters just to get through and over.
