Great program. But missing most critical part.

I totally believe that this program is a classic and works. Now the problem is. I purchased this as a complete suit. And the package should have. 1. Workbook and was included. 2. Audible file and was included. 3. There supposed to be with the original package a DVD or video. And this critical component of the package is ABSENT. I can't figure out why audible would choose to leave out this part. They could easily posted a link and streamed it to us. Or even posted it to a service like YouTube. I choose the Audible file because of a time constraint. If I was to order it from Nightingale it would have taken a few days and I don't have the time. The same product and which is complete from Nightingale would have saved me significantly on my investment at the time was much more affordable. I would have saved money and would not be left in the dark about how to use the product.
