À propos de cet audio
Memoirs of a Real Crocodile Hunter is my true story—one of adrenaline, survival, and a life shaped by Africa’s wildest frontiers.
I’m a UK-based author who has spent years confronting the most feared predator on the continent: the Nile crocodile. What started as a peaceful fishing trip on the Shire River nearly ended in tragedy when I came face-to-face with a massive croc stalking me through the reeds. That moment changed everything.
Driven by a need to protect the people living in constant fear along the riverbanks, I took up arms—not for sport, but to stop the threat. Over time, I hunted more than 300 crocodiles, including several known man-eaters, each encounter a deadly dance between predator and protector.
In this memoir, I share the full journey—from my early life experiences in Africa to the life-and-death moments that defined me. This book holds not just stories of hunts, but of respect for the creatures I faced, the people I stood up for, and the harsh beauty of the land that forged me.
Memoirs of a Real Crocodile Hunter is a window into a world few will ever know. If you’re drawn to real adventure, untamed landscapes, and the raw truth of living on the edge, then this is my story—for you.
