Dragonsteeth! This is a great second act to Malice, a retelling of Sleeping Beauty. The new creatures are charming and the plot will keep you guessing. Typical romance with so much drama even for lesbians —worlds destroyed, wars go on for centuries and hate is intergenerational. Kind of like today! I really enjoyed Alice/Nemara. Anyone who has ever felt on the outside looking in will. Pastries of all descriptions and the epithet Dragonsteeth appear too often but the characterization of the Imps will make you wish you knew some. The voice acting was excellent on this one but you can tell that the English accent is an act. Why don’t publishers hire people with the accent already? This was just a small irritation. Read Malice first and you’ll enjoy this one even more.

Twisty Tale with so much Lesbian drama!

It's great. Guessed a few of the twists. Bit contrived in some places, but it works. Performance is amazing. It fills the slot of Young Addlt LGTBQ2+ I wish I had when I was younger. Like on par with Tamora Pierce, but gayer.

A sapphic fairytale, you'll in equal parts love this book as often as you toss it across the room irritated at the characters dumbassery/choices & may find a few tears shed. Books rarely ever strike me to react & this is indeed high praise coming from me. A must read for any sapphic or ally.
