À propos de cet audio
Funi is a daughter of the Wood. Each day she wakes among the trees and goes about the same routine—following the same steps, obeying the same rules. Each day she is grateful for the generosity of the Wood and the protection it provides from the Ogre.
Henrick is the son of a king who has just decided to attack the Ogre’s Wood, destroying its dark creatures and enchantments once and for all. But while Henrick agrees that the Wood should be destroyed, he has little faith in his father’s plans. He knows all too well the Wood’s power to kill and enslave; he knows all too well the strength of the Ogre’s reign.
Seeking to find a way to kill the Ogre and end the Wood’s menace before his father sends his armies to die, Henrick determines to learn more about a creature he has stumbled upon during his many ventures into the Wood—a creature that he believes may have a way to keep his father’s fighting men safe from the Ogre—a creature who appeared before him as a woman made entirely of moss.
