À propos de cet audio
It was more than twenty years ago that Tom Manetti last saw Maisie Deavor. At the time he was in the grip of severe, morbid hallucinations. He had insisted that her friends in Deipan were monsters—that one of them reached a tentacle inside its abdomen, unveiled a ball of black sludge, and had thrown it at him. Maisie had him pegged as crazy and broke off contact with the smitten young man.
Now Maisie is contacting Tom, asking for specifics of what he thinks he saw in his vision back then. Maisie’s husband and son are missing, and in the time leading to their disappearance she has experienced things which have led her to consider that maybe Tom had been witnessing the truth behind mortality’s veil.
Tom wrestles with his conflicting feelings of affection and resentment as he endeavors to help the desperate woman who long ago turned her back on him in his own time of desperation.
