The well-known director Gus Van Sant found cinematography by making music videos, while Dave Metzger, the Disney composer behind Frozen, fell in love with orchestration by endlessly listening to the Star Wars theme. Music inspired each of them and this book tells how. All book proceeds will go to The Fender Music Foundation to help make a difference for students through music. Matthew at the young age of 17 has been a staff writer for Oregon Music News, conducting interviews and writing articles since 2010.
