Nothing worse than spending the first 9 chapters listening to the fmc putting herself down and the mmc trying to convince her she’s fine. Yawn, glad I didn’t purchase the rest of the series all at once. And the author popping up in the story is cute the first time, pointless the rest of the time. Especially asking her fans about their personal lives! Kinda sad when the chapters without the FMC are the better ones. All that being said I will give the 2nd book since the first ending in a cliffhanger.
