About the Author: Perry J. Hubbard, DMIN Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, Ill., and his wife, Nancy, served as missionaries for over thirty years with Global Partners until her death in 2018. Dr. Hubbard continues to serve as a missionary in Iberoamerica with a focus on developing missional leaders. He has written fifty books on missions and other topics. For four years, he served as the Director of Jibacam, the department of missions of the Wesleyan Churches of Iberoamerica (2015–2019) of which he has been a member since 2001. He also has served as the Principal of the Gbendembu Wesleyan Bible Institute in Sierra Leone (1986–94), and of the Wesleyan Bible College of Papua New Guinea (1995–1999).
