À propos de cet audio

I was stranded in a snowstorm with my ex's pro hockey player dad. Now, I'm pregnant.

After a nasty breakup with my ex, his dad takes pity on me and offers to drive me home.

But when a snowstorm strands us in the middle of nowhere, we're forced to find a roadside motel with nothing to do… but each other.

There's only one tiny bed... and he's huge.

We wake up the next morning tangled like pretzels. My face nuzzled in his chest. His rock-hard hockey stick poking between my legs.

He says he's too old for me and nothing can ever happen between us. I am his son's ex-girlfriend, after all.

But now, I have a secret that could change everything… I'm having his baby.

This story was really great when you think about the storyline and the plot. It was a little difficult to deal with how Colton was dealt within the end. I didn't feel like the punishment fit the crime. Also, the way he treated the FMC was just sort of fluffed off and forgiven in the span of one year, I don't know if that kind of violence can be forgiven that fast.
The FMC was super annoying with her, 'Oh I love you, oh no. Wait, I don't know, maybe I do maybe I don't'. Super annoying! The real star of this story was the MMC in that he seemed steadfast, and determined through almost the entire story. He knew what he wanted. He knew how he felt, and he just continued on.
The plot of the story was great. I loved the snowstorms and the moments that they spent together. I love the entrance of the New friend for her halfway through.
What was super super annoying, was the obvious lack of knowledge the author had on hockey, first of all, hockey doesn't have quarters, it has periods. And only 3 of them, there is no such thing as the fourth quarter or halftime in hockey. You're thinking football. Also just because the Toronto Maple Leafs happen to be Canadian does not mean all their players are Canadian. There are as many Canadian hockey players on American teams as there are American hockey players on Canadian teams when you go from country to country, people don't necessarily follow the team based on their nationality. I know a lot of Canadians that are die hard fans of American teams. All of these things were stated in the story. And it was just super annoying, I don't even follow hockey, and I found it super annoying. If you're going to make a story that is surrounded around a sport, then uh you should at least immerse yourself or educate yourself on the terms that are used for that sport.
Overall, it was a good story. It was a good read, it was fun. It was flirty, as my problems with it are pretty much the only ones that I listed here. So as long as you're not too hyperfixated, on the accuracy aspect, then by all means, read on

Annoying for anyone who knows anything about the NHL

Overall the story was good, however female main character was irritatingly wishy washy. Would have preferred a stronger, more decisive female main character.
