Amazing Woman, Interesting Life
Ms. Johnson shares her and her family's journey from the 1800's in the South and West Virginia along with the country's history during her long life. An amazing intellect, an unassuming participant in this country's space race. Candidly told and a worthy read. Audio version is well narrated.

An amazing life lived
This book is not only the story of an amazing life, but also a history lesson . I loved this book and was sad when it ended.

Great book—so positive! Great STEM book!
What a great POSITIVE story!!
Very detailed—always naming ppl involved by their full name & explained their jobs—always giving credit where credit was due!! Very interesting—so much involvement with education in the black community. Often, it was a ticket to jobs & future advancement.

there are bits and pieces in it, but this is not a book to be read unless you're looking for an inspiring book, for example, for a YA reader

Should be Required Reading in High Schools
Katherine Johnson wrote about her remarkable life. She provides a model for living life to the fullest as well as the history that unfolded throughout her lifetime. This is a must read for anyone and should be required reading in junior or senior high schools.

I wanted more!
What an absolutely AMAZING WOMAN! And an unbelievable story. She was truly a trailblazer at NASA and for women in general. And she appears to be SO humble. ThIs was an excellent book about an incredible woman. Make sure you don’t miss out, it’s more than worth a credit! 💕🐿💕
