I also want to mention that I like Raymond's voice; it makes the story enjoyable. Your anecdotes in this book reflect your innocence, the mistakes made due to a lack of cultural and linguistic knowledge, and your personal characteristics, highlighting the challenges and the need to fit into a new culture.
