Ryan is a great character but Sophie is dumb. She "acts" as a submissive and spews everything and everything. Then tries to compare her reveals to enormity of his secrets to hers. So NOT the same!

Not a fan of narrator Emma Wilder, she reads in this whispery way, its annoying and her choice of full voice is weird like she is in a tunnel and thru a can. She ruins it for me! Had to speed up her chapters by 1.6 speed to get thru her portions. Teddy Hamilton was ok. He's not my favorite, would've preferred Jason Clarke's or Sebastian York for Ryan.

Not the strongest storyline in this particular novel but I do enjoy the Sloan family connection throughout this series of books. Decent erotic moments. I enjoyed this as an 'easy listening' audiobook while doing chores, driving etc.

Sinful Desire, were do I start. If you’ve read a Lauren Blakely book before you know what her men are like. Let me tell you that her other leading men can just move over because Ryan Sloan is giving them most certainly a run for their money.
This story is about Ryan and Sophie. From the moment they meet on the streets in Las Vegas the attraction is instant. For him as much as for her. Intrigued by this stunning man Sophie knows she’d like to see him again and drops him a hint were she can be found that evening. Hold on to your seat because from there things heat up, yes, getting even hotter. When they are together the chemistry is explosive and they can’t seem to stay away from each other for long. But their relationship does hit a snag when secrets from Ryan’s past catch up with him leaving Sophie feeling betrayed and questioning his intensions. Will the feelings they have developed for each other be enough for their relationship to survive?
Lauren Blakely surely has done it again. Just when you think she can’t make her man any steamier, think again. You will not only love Ryan’s sexy side but also his sweet and loving side. He obviously has a lot do deal with, issues from his past and I love Sophie’s character, a successful business women but a very sensual, sexual women herself. Put the two together and you’ve created a mix ready to explode. The story line was great, hot and steamy but also suspenseful and not lacking drama. Well done Lauren. Loved it and a definite recommend.

Loved it 🥰, the twists and turns in the story outside of the steamy 🔥🔥🔥 sex and love scenes were incredible. The narrators were perfect for the characters brought to life if I was able to I’d rate it 15⭐️s. Same goes for the 1st book as well. Can hardly wait to dive into book #3

I enjoyed listening to this book. I can't wait to read the next two. Love to hear about the 'Sloan' family finally getting their happily ever afters.

Honestly had it not been for the story I would have stopped the first time she spoke. She has no emotion in her voice, very bland and robotic.

Hopefully the rest of the series’ narrators are better.

I couldn't finish it. I struggled to listen to 9 chapters and just gave up. Not sure if it's the storyline, too many voice actors or what but I could not get into this story.

The performances were fine. Great vocal nuisances. Just something about the story or the way it's written that just didn't grab me.

I only listened to the whole book because I enjoyed the 1st of the series and want to continue. Hopefully the rest are more comparable to the 1st. Glad they were free.
