Very captivating

Incredible story, and prescient. Some heavy and possibly triggering backstory but it did not seem prurient. I'd prefer that the voice actor would not try to do foreign accents. Some bad stereotypical Chinese accents that pulled me out of the story a bit. Fantastic overall, nonetheless.

I really enjoyed how the plot kept on twisting and turning and how the story focused more on the main characters and their philosophical dilemma rather than the technology this book is about. The story is dark, violent, and at times the action is relentless, but its main message is hopeful. I personally loved the narrator and how he composed all the different characters. I could however see how that might bother or distract some listeners.
