This is an excellent, compact companion/field guide for your dreams. It offers a very good overview of dreams, developing a way of interacting with their content and sleep hygiene. The themes section is a very helpful resource with regular reminders to locate your own associations to dream characters and symbols/imagery first. Then you can further harvest insights from the resource included here to support interpretation and discovering the wisdom in your dreams you can apply. This audiobook is excellent AND if you can purchase the hard copy, I highly recommend it because it is so beautifully illustrated by Lea Chassange and truly is a field guide/handbook in its design.
