Throughout the story, Amy and her daughters immerse themselves in the joys of farm life. They help with chores, explore the fields, and learn to appreciate the simple pleasures of country living. The family bonds as they pick pumpkins, gather ingredients for the Thanksgiving meal, and prepare a feast from farm-fresh produce. The experience brings them closer together
