If you’ve tried my prior books, Fasting to Freedom, Waist Away the Chantel Ray Way, and Freedom from Food: Bible Study Workbook, you know that I promote intermittent fasting as not only the best way to lose unwanted weight, but also as the best way to keep it off for good and stay healthy.
