This was my least favourite book of the series. I think it was a lack of chemistry or character development.

This is an interesting read. I liked the characters Ralph and Candace. They are both strong and confident (at least in their professional worlds). The premise of the heroine breaking her not dating the athletes she works for is broken by a single father. For the most part the secondary characters add to the stories, especially Ralph’s daughter.

The third act conflict and its conclusion didn’t work for me. It didn’t feel real for the characters, given what Ralph had been through. The character development didn’t feel complete or maybe seen through in their actions would be a better way to describe it. I was hoping that the story would come full circle and mention something about Ralph’s online presence in the end.

If you like single father and sports romance this book has it.

I listened to this book on audio and the narrators were good.
