Exceptional!
I absolutely love this book! Iyanla is a personal favorite of mine. Having her narrate the book, was icing on my cake!
some aha moments for me, which allowed me to reflect on my own personal life! new awareness has definitely come about for me!

AMAZING !!!
Absolutely amazing !!! I laughed, I cried but most of all I was stunned by the strength and absolute courage Iyanla has shown to survive all that life has thrown her way. well this book is only personal story
it does not include anything about healing. Too much trauma...im just confused. its just dry story for me.

Poor writing and not what the title implies
I was hoping for some wisdom from this book but found it to be sorely lacking. The writing was also weak and uninspiring. I have a lot of empathy and compassion for the author, as she has suffered tremendously, but if this was a book submitted by an aspiring author it would never have been published.
