The activation I needed
I listened to this book while driving across Canada. Ruby's work made its way into my life at the perfect time. For over 6 hours, I felt deeply connected to the bravery, integrity and authenticity that emanates from the content and Ruby herself. She speaks on what most don't have the courage to talk about. I absolutely loved how blunt and straight to the point she is. It felt like being slapped in the face at times, but it's exactly what I needed. This book is for anyone looking for a reminder that we all need to be held accountable for the way we act as leaders. The world needs us and it's time to stop "diluting our potency", as she says (many times) so perfectly. Thank you Ruby.

This book is so well put together and it’s relevant no matter what season in life you’re hearing it in. I’ve listened to this book a few times and each time it’s spoken to me differently. This book is medicine, and I encourage you to give it a listen if you are looking to grow, or are seeking change 🤍
