À propos de cet audio

Family conflict cuts deep. When those we love hurt us, the pain goes straight to the heart. In my years of ministry as a deacon, I've seen how abuse, mistreatment, and unresolved anger in families can shake even the strongest faith. I wrote this 30-day devotional to remind you that you are never alone in these struggles. God sees your tears, hears your prayers, and wants to give you strength amid the storm.

Each day of this journey offers a reflection rooted in Scripture and the wisdom of our Catholic faith. We will look to Jesus and Mary as our models – Jesus, who forgave his persecutors and entrusted everything to the Father; Mary, who surrendered to God's will with trust even in sorrow. We'll talk about letting go of the need to control what we cannot, respecting the free will of others, and trusting in God's transformational power to change hearts (Ezekiel 36:26).

Along with each reflection, you'll find a simple action step to put your faith into practice, and a short prayer to help you speak with God from the heart. My hope is that over these 30 days, you will feel God's loving presence bringing you comfort, courage, and a renewed sense of hope for your family. With compassion and faith, let's begin the journey of finding strength amid family conflict together.
