Then there are the killers like Mercy. The rare ones. The ones who are born evil and are drawn to violence and the suffering of others with the same natural inborn instinct that allows any predator to hunt.
Yes, even the predators can be hunted themselves. But that is a dangerous hunt with the unwavering danger that the predator will kill the one who is hunting it. Will the training of the hunters of the law be able to best a predator with a lifetime of experience, or will their quarry strike one of their own, turning the hunters into the hunted?
