This is a 2 book and I was excited to read it and find out more about the life and culture of Saudi woman and horrific treatment of woman by the man. I love Sultanas story and her witty ways. Great book, but it makes me sad as a free spirited Polish woman to see how badly woman are treated in different countries 😢.

Memorable story, but struggled with the narration.To me, the narrator sounded like she was swishing hard mints, cough drops, or some other such candy from cheek to cheek while she read. Very distracting.
