I was very disappointed there are many warnings and taboos that are truly no longer believed and our gifts can all be explored without fear as long as we are aware and open-minded.

Couldn't finish it. The writer has a lackluster understanding of psychic abilities and empaths other than themselves. They state generalities as fact and their bias shows consistently. Not great for real education.

Made me laugh but not in a good way

There's a lot of personal judgments and opinions from the writer and very narrow minded suggestions. Part of being an Empath is that we don't all fit into one square box! Nor do Empaths brains work this way. Empath have a higher ability to view the world through an open mind and not hold judgments towards others. To be an Empath is to have empathy towards themselves and others and not holding judgments and prejudice or believing in stereotypical views. This book is disappointing! Good thing it's a short book to listen to!
