I have read this story many times. I was thrilled to find it on audible. At first I was a little doubtful about the narrator but she proved to be very good. I like to find books that I simply enjoy and this is one of my favourites.

I thought about DNFing 20% in but pushed through. This was one of the strangest romantasies I’ve read. The trials were SO quick that there wasn’t much suspense. The romance seemed to come out of nowhere, and then there was no wedding chapter. It literally glazed over them getting married when the first half of the book was all about the MMC finding a bride.

I’m not sure if this was supposed to be YA but using “fark” in place of the F word was wild. And a species called Sh!tters that literally just poop a lot was crazy.
