After 'almost' fully reading the original Easy Way Canadian Version of the book many years ago, I chose at that time that I still enjoyed smoking. And so I have smoked since. I have essentially been a pack a day smoker since I was 16. I turn 45 this year.

This method is phenomenal. I loved that I could smoke the entire time. I actually started listening to this on my smoke breaks. I didn't tell my family that I was doing this until I was on the last chapter of the book. I know many people that have used the Easy Way successfully. This book taught me many 'keys' to unlocking the potential for me to quit. The withdrawals are almost non-existent, the cravings are very easy to 'brush' off. All with the method that I learned in the Easy Way

I still have a hardcopy that copy of the Easy Way book, but this audio version was a really good fit for me. I have never listened to an audiobook previously. It was a very powerful experience. I would only listen to what my brain could absorb per session. I listened very intently, and when I became distracted I would pause, or skip back to catch up. Good Luck

This book breaks down lots of important truths smokers tend to neglect or don’t even know about. On top of that, the bootcamp setting is great because it hypes you and builds up the anticipation for the moment you’ll smoke your last cigarette.

If you stick to it, instead of trying to postpone or feeling anxious about the day you smoke your last cigarette, you’ll look forward to it and it’ll feel kind of exciting.

I know it’s hard to believe but you have nothing to lose if you give it a try.

clearer than the easy way. audible reading clear and concise. after reading easy way twice, listening to easy way 4x I have quit just now with bootcamp yippee and again. Nov 6 2020 final cigarette Dec 6 2020 quit for good may 27 2022

I was didn't believe that it would work but this method worked really well for me. I did it over 7 days, however, because I hadn't totally bought into the idea yet...

I was a pack/day smoker and even though I've tried to quit so many times previously, I always found it really difficult and I would eventually slip back into it.
It's been 6 weeks and I haven't had more than a handful of ''mmm, a smoke would be nice'' -- but then I remember my boot camp. 👍
