R.I.C.O. is a Gritty Street tale about an ex-convict, Antonio DeAngelo who befriends a Mexican Cartel Drug Kingpin Garcia Abregado while both incarcerated in Federal prison. Upon release, Antonio joins an alliance with the cartel and forms his own Ruthless drug organization that is feared. His record label and other assets bring forth the complicated success of Big Money, Drugs, Sex, Murder, Music, and Jealousy. When the murder, of the son of the government's star witness, in Garcia Abregado's trial, Carlos Desendez, it caused Carlos to escape from witness protection seeking revenge on any and everyone involved.
Meanwhile, a known big time drug dealer in Atlanta is murdered, causing a big war in the streets, causing the Feds to Launch their investigation into Antonio DeAngelo, his crew, and members of his rap label. Ultimately when the murder of twin sisters, at a famous Miami hotel, during a shootout, and at the same time in Miami, the murder of two Federal Agents, while on surveillance of Antonio DeAngelo and his entourage, sprung the Manhunt of Antonio and his crew. Being hunted by the Feds and Dangerous Opps, who knows where the ex- con peace lies. Back to a Federal Lock up or to an early Grave.
