I loved the humor of both Italians and Russians in the series. The marathon wasn't over the top like in other authors that I listened to.

The storyline was not captivating, borderline dull. The female leads character was irritating and annoying especially with the narrator. Everything was just cringe. I was going to stop halfway but I had high hopes for the plot but that failed. No I did not enjoy this book.

The narration was okay. But god damn the story was soooooooo slow. It didn’t really get good until the end. It’s like a modern day Jack the Ripper.
So much could’ve been cut out. Really could’ve been a good story. With the female narrator, you could hear her swallowing her spit and opening her mouth. Kinda gross.
