Pseudoscience and quantum mysticism

The entire premise of the book is based on the pseudoscience known as quantum mysticism. It posits that you can create things by thinking imagining them, which is demonstrably false. It also cycles many times into fat-shaming and victim-blaming, and shows a glaring lack of awareness when it comes to racism, classism, sexism and other factors that make life more difficult for some people besides the author's purported "victim mindset". The useful bits of the book could be condensed into a single page, or perhaps a single sentence: "Set goals and put some effort into them". The book is clearly written from the perspective of a middle class straight white man who doesn't understand basic economics and physics. In short, no book should start with the phrase "quantum mechanics" in the first 60 seconds, not even an actual book on quantum mechanics.
