Description

Fun Adventure
The story is really good and the characters are interesting. I would have assumed most of it would be predictable but happy to say is not. I am a Travis Baldree fan boy and read everything he narrates so I know that fantastic narration will be done and it was. I am worried about Book 4 without Travis and may end at Book 3. I will see what the reviews say.

Not awful, book 1/2 good.
don’t bother with 3rd book unless you have no clue about the modern world and want to learn what a car, hospital, gun, phone, fashion are. The majority of the plot is just people from another realm adjusting to a new world, the plot lazily develops but there are better ways to spend your time.

Not to bad
Not to bad, I finished listening after the first book, I just couldnt get into it. It seems far fetched and a lot was unanswered mind you that was just the first book I listened to so maybe it would have gotten better if I kept with it but I didnt want to.
Narration was good. I was please and Travis was easy to listen to.

No real surprises. The heroes have enough plot armour to stop a nuclear blast. This set of books has the most IRRITATING dwarves of all time. Like nails on a chalkboard!

Thoroughly enjoyed
This was a great, light listen fantasy. It was nice and long (being 3 books)and full of action. I was distracted from my daily activities while listening to it. The only negative was in the last book, at times, they switched so quickly and often between worlds I found myself having to rewind to realize who was doing what! But for the most part I thoroughly enjoyed this 3 book set and, of course had to get the 4th one (with 1 credit)
