Best book for losing weight

This book was a lifesaver for me. After years of dieting back and forth finally a book that explains the way you brain works to make you continue to eat. After listening to it to me it was so easy to take off the pounds. Felt so much better right away. I will continue to eat this way the rest of my life and the good part is NO pills or supplements or odd foods required.
