I really liked the pacing and slice of life aspects of this book. It allows for good world-building and to build connection with the characters the MC encounters. There are some fights, and enough stuff happens that it's still engaging. Overall this book does a great job setting up the series, and I expect the action will follow if that's more your flavour.

My only slight gripe is that the narrator felt...less energetic than the story required of him sometimes. The women's voices also aren't as well differentiated as they could be. It was still well worth the listen for me though.

I enjoyed the story. Pretty fun story and good over all performances. Worth a review. Ending was a little flat. I could have used a few more monster fights or skill building events. Overall great story.

I liked the idea of a video game that was so versatile that allowed players to add new things to the game through experimentation. I liked how the NPC's had their own story and it developed as the book went along. It was heart warming. I enjoyed that the main character instead of concentrating on purely slashing monsters, got to know the locals and helped them out. Cute how it developed, didn't see it coming to go from solo to... I found it difficult to find where to review on audible but I kept poking around because I wanted to give a 5 star review.

i really enjoyed this story. Great concept, great dialoge between characters and character development is well done. Though, the MC is so sickly good sometimes that I wanna roll my eyes with how predictable he is. It kinda gives me a ready player one x fable vibe.
