Just reconnected with something precious...
One of my friend introduced me to reïki lately. Today, I was looking for a book to learn more on that fascinating subject. I found this book or more appropriately put...this book found me. It will sound cliché but if you would know me, it's not something I say lightly...it literally changed my life in under 3 hours... I am still processing what just happened to me. After doing the exercices which are simple and very well explained, I felt peace and I was able to connect way more deeply than I could before. I thought this kind of well being was not possible anymore. I have been suffering from ptsd for 2 years in relation with my paramedic job...Never felt this good in years...You can tell it is written with a sincere and genuine desire to help. If you're looking to know more about reïki and wish to take care of yourself in a new and effective way this is the book. Thank you to the author who's undoubtedly a beautiful and kind soul. I never write reviews. I just had to do it today as a thank you for this precious gift I have just received. Thank you! Frank

Great first Reiki book
Marta does a great job at explaining Reiki, chakras and how to feel them as a beginner.
Wish her love happiness and abundance, also am looking forward to her other books

Great book but no pictures
Loved the book but visual are not provided. I was expecting to have an attachment with figures described in the book, but I found nothing on my iPhone and my laptop.
