Helps me to relax and sleep.

I am very happy with this book. Chapters 8,and 13 are my favorites ( falling rain). Chapter 10 is good also (sounds like wind or white noise). This book helps me to sleep on nights when I have anxiety and or cant stop thinking about things like work, bills, relationships, why I cant fall asleep, etc. I really enjoy the timer feature.
