Ilove Paul's work and this book was no exception. He delivers, in a fun way, how you can rethink how you "spend" your time. How to focus in on your goals so you can move towards them, celebrating yourself along the way. It's so easy to lose motivation and busy yourself doing tasks that do not fill you up, nor move you towards your goals. Paul asks the questions to get you clear on your vision and even brainstorms with you to help you see a new perspective.

I really enjoyed listening to this, however was disappointed when I went to the resources page mentioned in the book and the resources that were mentioned in the book were not there. Overall it was a refreshing perspective on a big problem, but left me disappointed when I couldn’t obtain the visual resources. My suggestion for the author is to provide a PDF with the tables referenced in the book, or remove the reference to the resource section as it is misleading.
