so much data!

I loved this book. there's a ton of data, but the book also lifts up and values the experiences of individuals as well. only caveat is that she doesn't really avoid using words like 'obese' or sometimes describes larger bodied people is ways that could be really triggering for some. the overall message is very worth listening to, and the book is well organized
